The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on https://shop.magikcharms.com/ are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
https://shop.magikcharms.com/ reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction / payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Physical Products Refund Policy
https://shop.magikcharms.com/ wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from the website. If there is a problem with your purchased item we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Note: If the lamination on any of the products is open or torn, the product won’t be subject to return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further information.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refused deliveries will not get shipped back to the correct address and are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you request is approved, then your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You can also follow up with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out. Please send us pictures or a video of the product that is defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item on email@example.com please send pictures of the damaged goods.
